17 Withdrawal of Complaints and Notices of Appeal

17.1 A complaint may be withdrawn by a complainant up until such time as the respondent company’s response to the complaint has been received by the Authority, but not thereafter.

17.2 Notice of appeal may be withdrawn by a complainant at any time but if notice is given by a complainant company after the papers relating to its appeal have been circulated to the Appeal Board, then the higher administrative charge will be payable.

17.3 Notice of appeal may be withdrawn by a respondent company at any time but if notice is given after the papers relating to its appeal have been circulated to the Appeal Board, then the higher administrative charge will be payable.
